Stand-by Rescue Services
RigZen provides standby rescue services for confined-space work, work at height, rope-access operations, and other high-risk site activities. Our rescue service is planned according to the approved work method, site hazards, access conditions, rescue routes, communication plan, client HSE procedures, and project-specific emergency requirements.
Service Overview - Standby rescue is not only an emergency response service.
-
It requires planning before the work starts, including rescue scenarios, access routes, equipment readiness, communication roles, and coordination with the client’s site team.
-
RigZen provides rescue coverage for projects where work at height, confined spaces, difficult access, or hazardous site conditions require a dedicated rescue team on standby.
-
The final rescue plan, team size, equipment, response arrangement, and documentation are confirmed according to the project scope, site conditions, permits, and client HSE requirements.
